There are six types of situations that cause oil leakage from the tubing, namely:

1. Tube burst. The cause of the tube burst is generally that the hose manufacturer has not performed the test before the assembly leaves the factory; at least there is no root pressure test. It may be a random test. This is not prohibited in industry standards. As far as the user's requirements are concerned, any leakage is intolerable. Therefore, the manufacturer must test the product one by one according to the standard before the product leaves the factory. On the other hand, the user believes that the pressure of the liquid due to mechanical failure is too high during use, which exceeds the pressure that the tube design can withstand. Bursts can also occur. For example, the dump truck was severely overloaded.

2. Leakage of high-pressure hose joints . Pipe joints are used more in hydraulic systems, and the proportion of oil leakage accidents is also very high, which can reach more than 30% to 40%. Most of the oil leaks in pipe joints are caused by the processor not processing according to the drawings and standards. Such as the thread hole processing size, processing accuracy is too poor, etc. Once the above situation occurs, oil leakage is difficult to cure, can only be filled with liquid sealant or PTFE raw material tape for filling and sealing. Other causes of problems with the fittings, such as bumps and scratches on the seals during galvanizing or shipping, can cause leaks.

On the other hand, due to cost; market competition makes joint manufacturers unprofitable. According to the requirements of national standard pipe joints and joint bodies, 45 steel is used. Withholding leather is made of 20 # steel. But it is limited to the low price of the buyer, and the manufacturer is unwilling to discard customers. Therefore, the steel used for the joint is not standard; causing the hose to leak after a period of use.

3. Improper selection of high-pressure hose connector body. Due to the different working environment of the hydraulic system, different pipe bodies should be selected. At present, hydraulic hoses are mainly divided into rubber tubes and hydraulic resin tubes. The resin tube is a new product. It has been proved in various aspects that the hose is resinized to fully show the advantages of the product. However, some of the resin pipes have a larger bending radius. Resilience is not good. In addition, high-pressure hoses are oil-resistant, temperature-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. This requires designers to choose appropriate tubing.
